Please contact us to discuss fees. Fees, policies and any other questions can be discussed during the initial phone consultation.
Out of network services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. In this case you would be paying the session fee and then seeking reimbursement form your insurance provider. We do not direct bill insurance companies, or provide service as part of an insurance panel. However, we can provide you with a statement of services or superbill that has all the information needed to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Please call your insurance company to inquire about their policy regarding out of network providers.
Once an appointment is made, we ask for 48 hours notice of any cancellations. If a cancellation is made within the 48 hr window, a charge for the missed appointment will be made.
This level of treatment is appropriate for those who suffer from moderate to severe symptoms and/or those who have been unsuccessful with previous outpatient therapy. This is a more focused treatment than traditional weekly therapy and will benefit those highly motivated for improvement. Education is paramount in this program and a strong foundation of understanding must be developed in the first stage of treatment to ensure effective progress.
In cases of moderate to severe OCD and other anxiety-based disorders, treatment can require up to nine hours per week. However, we can adjust the hours per week based on the needs of the person. Treatment utilizes Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) along with relaxation, stress management, and other cognitive and behavioral techniques to create lasting change.
In cases of moderate to severe eating disorders, the most beneficial treatment may be at an outpatient clinic or residential facility. However, if intensive treatment is indicated and appropriate, multiple sessions per week will be provided along with a multi-modal, treatment team approach. A dietitian and psychiatrist will be required to begin intensive work. Recommendations can be made, if needed.
Our groups and workshops offer a supportive, collaborative space to build skills, deepen insight, and practice real-world change—together. Grounded in evidence-based approaches and experiential learning, these offerings allow clients to move beyond insight alone and actively strengthen tools for emotional regulation, relationships, and resilience.
We offer both ongoing therapy groups and time-limited workshops focused on specific themes such as anxiety and OCD, trauma recovery, mindfulness, body-based practices, and personal growth. Groups create opportunities for shared learning, normalization, and connection, while workshops provide focused, skills-based experiences designed to spark momentum and confidence.
Whether you’re looking to supplement individual therapy or engage in meaningful growth alongside others, our groups and workshops are designed to meet you where you are—and help you build on the strengths you already have.
